You can place orders at your convenience 24 hours a day via our website. 

Payment Options:

For online orders, we accept various payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Order payments are processed through PayPal's payment processing system, global leaders in online payment solutions. Although order payments are typically processed in real-time, in the event of technical issues, we may manually process or re-enter orders that were not successfully processed by the automatic payment system. Delivery Details:

Upon placing an order, there will be a handling period of 2-3 business days before your order is dispatched. Back-ordered items, if unavailable during processing, will be shipped as soon as they become available at no additional cost. Please be aware that orders are only shipped once full payment has been received and cleared.

Domestic and Worldwide Delivery:

The majority of purchases are dispatched from our Milna warehouse. Expedited shipping is always an option for an extra fee during the checkout process. It's important to note that each country has distinct importing and customs regulations. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees and taxes that may arise.

We Ship Worldwide! Please keep in mind that once an order is shipped, we cannot be held accountable for delays or damages resulting from the shipping carrier or during transit. In the unlikely event that your order is delayed or lost, we will collaborate with you and the shipping carrier to assist in resolving the situation. Orders can also be insured upon customer request.

Shipping Choices:

The majority of orders are sent via GLS. We also accept special carrier requests (such as HP or DHL). Should you wish to ensure your order, don't hesitate to reach out. To minimize inconvenience for our customers, we typically ship with "Signature Confirmation" based on the total order value.

Back-Ordered Products:

If our inventory surpasses its limit, a customer's order may be placed on back-order. If the expected back-order duration exceeds 14 days, we will contact the customer to confirm whether they prefer to wait or receive a refund. Regular updates are accessible through info@fieldgood.hr.

Shipping Information Concerns:

In the event that we identify shipping information issues, we will make efforts to contact the customer and notify them of the issue. If we are unable to reach the customer, and they do not reach out to correct the problem, we may, at our discretion, cancel the order within 10 business days. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for processed orders with inaccurately submitted shipping information. Orders returned to us due to incorrect shipping information will no longer qualify for free shipping.

Return Policy:

Due to the nature of our products, refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving an order. For any questions or refund requests, please contact us at info@fieldgood.hr. Refunds will only be granted if the product seal remains unopened. Refunds will be issued as Fieldgood Vouchers to your account upon receiving the returned product.

Combining Orders:

We reserve the right to combine orders placed by the same customer with the same shipping address. This allows us to upgrade the shipping method and provide superior customer service. If you prefer not to have your consecutive orders combined, kindly inform us.

Damages:

Damages must be reported to both the shipping courier and us immediately. Inspect all packages upon receipt. If you receive a damaged order, ensure the driver or delivery person notes this on the delivery sheet. Promptly contact the carrier's office to request a shipment inspection. Failure to do so within one business day implies acceptance of the package in good condition, and no action can be taken regarding the damages. Once a package is signed for (if the customer requested a "signature required" service), it is considered delivered in good condition. Once an order leaves our store, we are not responsible for damages or losses during transit. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept our terms and conditions.
