Shipping Fees:
CROATIA: €5.50
EU Destinations: €14.00 (2-7 days)
Non-EU Destinations: Kindly get in touch with us for a customized quote.
Delivery Details:
Upon placing an order, there will be a handling period of 2-3 business days before your order is dispatched. Back-ordered items, if unavailable during processing, will be shipped as soon as they become available at no additional cost. Please be aware that orders are only shipped once full payment has been received and cleared.
Domestic and Worldwide Delivery:
The majority of purchases are dispatched from our Milna warehouse. Expedited shipping is always an option for an extra fee during the checkout process. It's important to note that each country has distinct importing and customs regulations. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees and taxes that may arise.
We Ship Worldwide! Please keep in mind that once an order is shipped, we cannot be held accountable for delays or damages resulting from the shipping carrier or during transit. In the unlikely event that your order is delayed or lost, we will collaborate with you and the shipping carrier to assist in resolving the situation. Orders can also be insured upon customer request.

Shipping Choices:
The majority of orders are sent via GLS. We also accept special carrier requests (such as HP or DHL). Should you wish to ensure your order, don't hesitate to reach out. To minimize inconvenience for our customers, we typically ship with "Signature Confirmation" based on the total order value.
Back-Ordered Products:
If our inventory surpasses its limit, a customer's order may be placed on back-order. If the expected back-order duration exceeds 14 days, we will contact the customer to confirm whether they prefer to wait or receive a refund. Regular updates are accessible through info@fieldgood.hr.
Shipping Information Concerns:
In the event that we identify shipping information issues, we will make efforts to contact the customer and notify them of the issue. If we are unable to reach the customer, and they do not reach out to correct the problem, we may, at our discretion, cancel the order within 10 business days. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for processed orders with inaccurately submitted shipping information. Orders returned to us due to incorrect shipping information will no longer qualify for free shipping.
