Refund policy


We sincerely hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchases from our website. In the event that you are not entirely pleased with your order, we want to make the return process as straightforward as possible.

Due to the nature of our products, we kindly request that you initiate the return process within 10 days from the moment your parcel was delivered. Please ensure all items are unopened and unused and returned in their original packaging with intact labels.

We kindly ask you to inspect all received goods immediately upon receipt and, at the latest, within 3 days of delivery. Any alleged defects, shortages, or other issues with the goods should be promptly reported to us within 3 days of receiving the items; otherwise, they will be deemed to have been delivered in accordance with your order.

If you properly reject any goods that do not meet the terms of our agreement, please return them to us with postage prepaid. You have the option to exchange the item for another, subject to stock availability, or receive a full refund of the item's price (excluding any delivery charges).

Refunds will be issued to the original payment card used for the order. We will notify you via email once we have received the returned items and processed the refund. Typically, this process is completed within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Should you wish to exchange an item, any price difference and additional delivery costs will be your responsibility, and we will inform you of these charges so you can make the necessary payment.

When returning items, please make sure to include your order number, full name, and the reason for the return. To prevent damage during transit, please securely package your items in their original packaging.

Please be aware that we are unable to accept items for a refund if they have been damaged in transit to us. For added security, we recommend obtaining a proof of posting certificate if you choose to use the Post Office for your return.

Regrettably, we cannot exchange or issue a refund for damaged or used items. In the case of returns related to an order that qualified for a free gift, please ensure that the free gift is returned in unused condition as well. Any items returned without the qualifying free gift will not be eligible for a refund.
